Reflection on Website Evaluation

The evaluation of the PBS website was a good learning process. There were a few things on the evaluation form that I had never really heard of, and therefore had never thought of when considering the reliability of a website. Having to search through the website for those answers, I learned more about the website and stumbled upon things I wouldn't have found otherwise. For example, I would not have I could narrow down my search for materials or lesson activities - not only by standards and grade level, but also by the type of materials (interactive, etc.). I am thankful we had this assignment, because I am currently using the PBS website for ideas for another class's lesson plan! Already I am utilizing this website (and probably will in the future as a teacher) because of its reliability.
